Hey guys..,
Google chrome web browser does not allow us to download Youtube videos using any add-on. But there are some add-ons for Firefox which will allow you to download videos in different formats & (FLV, MKV, MP4, 3GP, etc..) from youtube. Like Video Download helper, Save from net, flash video downloader etc.
Among them Video download helper add-on is best of the best. how to use Video download helper can be find here.
There are other ways you can download youtube videos from any browsers using some sites.

Save from net is one such site through which you can download videos easily. There are a lot ways to download videos using this site. they are
1. Copy the video link from youtube (Address in address bar like "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=98QwPO1b5j4"), open savefrom.net, and paste the video address in the given box, then click go. you will get different options to download different version of the video.
2.Just inset ss in address before youtube.com and after www. as shown here (https://www.ssyoutube.com/watch?v=98QwPO1b5j4). Automatically you will get download options
3. You can add this Add-on to firefox browser from the main site
Some you tube tricks:
1. To view age restricted videos with out logging in, just modify the address by removing "watch?" and replacing '=' with '/'.
Example:
Original address: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hENRIAx-6D4
Modified address: https://www.youtube.com/v/hENRIAx-6D4
2.To convert Video in GIF format just add "gif" before "youtube.com" and after "www." of the address. Select the length of GIF file from video then convert and get your GIF file with out any logins
Example:
Original address: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hENRIAx-6D4
Modified address: https://www.gifyoutube.com/watch?v=hENRIAx-6D4
3. To operate youtube using keyboard, just type "www.youtube.com/tv" and controll it using key board
4. To make the Youtube colorful just type "doge meme" in youtube search bar. then all options will become colorful
