Share Computer screen in LAN / Internet

Hello there...
Lots of times I struggled, to avail the projector in the college. Because other senior faculty use projector during the same period as i had class. In many classes I used Black board for teaching in those cases. I Googled for "how to Share computer screen in LAN/ Internet" as an alternate solution, Because the computer lab with 60 systems was free for some periods, then i got this "Real VNC server & Viewer".
There are a lots of softwares available for screen sharing, but i used Real VNC server & Viewer to share my presentation to all computer screens connected in LAN or connected to Internet. It is very easy to share computer screen between systems.
Procedure:
1. Buy and download the Real VNC server & Viewer from the website https://www.realvnc.com
2. Install the VNC Server on the system and activate, whose screen you want to share.
3. Download or share VNC Viewer (3.4 MB file) on all other systems on which you want to view the shared screen. VNC viewer is a standalone application & it require no installation.
4. Start VNC server on a computer whose screen you want to share. Set Options, such as you want to allow users to control the screen or not etc.
5. Note down the IP Address or web address of the sharing screen
6. Share the IP or Web address of the VNC server with all user to whom you want to share your screen
7.Start VNC viewer on the users, enter the IP and click on the Connect as shown in below image.

Start the web browser and enter the web address of the VNC Server and click enter as shown in below image.

Thats it, now you are sharing your screen with allowed users.
You can share Printers, Files and you can control the other computer if the VNC Server is installed on both systems or user can control the server if you permit them.
With VNC Viewer plus you can do a lot. VNC is also available for Windows,Linux & Mac too.
